Therapists offer individual counseling for kids ages 5+, adolescents, preteens, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults utilizing CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed, strength-based, and personalized care rooted in clinically proven therapeutic modalities. Our team offers care and support for a variety of life experiences and reasons including anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, trauma/PTSD, stress, challenging relationships, LGBTQIA+, work/life balance, parenting, difficulty in social settings, family caregiving, identity, learning coping skills, strengthening sense of self, and more.
Specially trained providers are available to work with couples and family groups to strengthen your relationships, work through a difficult circumstance, improve communication, support a child or loved one, and help you achieve your relationship goals. Please note that not all insurance plans cover couples or family counseling and we encourage you to check with your insurance provider if you want to know about coverage.
We offer clinical supervision for associate clinicians working towards their LMHC and LMFT license. This service is available for individual or group supervision and ranges from $150-$200 per supervision hour and provided by WA state approved supervisors.
For those seeking to become a state approved supervisor, we also offer supervision of your supervision to mentor and support your journey of supporting others in the field.
Our team of supervisors is also available if your non-profit or group practice is in need of supervision for your associate staff. We would love to partner with you so you can focus on business and client care and we can offer supervision support for your team.
